We currently have several townhouses and mansion flat projects under development and construction. These include a 40-unit development in Statesboro, Georgia, a 30-unit development in downtown Charleston, a 120-unit townhouse project in Mt. Pleasant, a 40-unit townhouse project in Summerville, SC, and a 20-unit townhouse development in Athens, Georgia. This is a relatively new market for us and we are excited about having the opportunity to share some examples oof our work with you.
